I am enclosing a list of the days and times when phone calls can be made to your Son/Daughter/Ward in their respective Boarding Houses.
PERMITTED TIMES FOR INCOMING CALLS AND

Friday 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM
4:15 PM - 5:45 PM
8:05 PM – 8:25 PM
8:30 PM Phone calls will not be connected after this time.
Saturday 7:25 AM – 8:00 AM Grades III-XII
11:30 AM – 12:45 NOON Grades III-VIII
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM Grades III-X
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Grades XI-XII
8:00 PM – 9:45 PM Grades III-XII

Parents are requested to note the following points and follow them strictly.
- Please note that incoming calls are blocked at all other times.
- Please do not call smart card numbers – these phones are for
outgoing calls only.
- Please do not make frequent calls.
- Please do not make daily calls. These calls can be
unsettling for the children
- Please limit call to 5 minutes.
- Please call your children 2 days per week, maximum.
I will appreciate cooperation from parents on this matter.
