ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR NEW BOARDERS & NEW DAY SCHOLARS TO TISB

SUNDAY AUGUST 16^TH, 2009

 

VENUE:  TISB HALL – INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE

2:00 PM        Address by Dr Matthew Sullivan, Principal, Dr (Mrs.) Bindu Hari, Senior Principal & Director and Dr K P Gopalkrishna, Chairman to all new boarding students and their parent/guardians.  

                        Venue:  Auditorium.

 

2:45 PM             An overview of Boarding in TISB, Mr Dhanvir Fernandes, Deputy Principal Pastoral.

                           Venue:  Auditorium.

 

3:15 PM        Meeting for IB students and parents.  Introduction by Dr Azra Begum, Deputy Principal Academic followed by presentation by Mrs Gauri Dabholkar, IB Coordinator.

                           Venue: Auditorium.

 

3:15 PM           Meeting for IGCSE students and parents. Introduction by Dr Matthew Sullivan, Principal followed by presentation by Mrs Prabha Madhukumar, IGCSE Coordinator.

                           Venue: Drama Room – Auditorium Building.

 

3:15 PM           Meeting for Middle School students and parents. Introduction by Mr Dhanvir Fernandes, Deputy Principal Pastoral followed by presentation by Mrs Sujatha Ramdas, Grade VI-VIII Coordinator.

                           Venue:  Music Room – Auditorium Building.

 

3:45 PM             TEA.

                           Venue:  Auditorium.

 

4:15 PM             Address by Dr Matthew Sullivan, Principal to overseas parents and students.

                           Venue:  Auditorium.

 

5:00 PM           Meeting with Boarding Housemaster/Housemistress in respective Boarding Houses for all students and parents.

                        Venue:  Respective Boarding Houses.
